what we do
for brands.

Take the whole thing, or take the part you are missing. Most brands start with strategy and casting; agencies usually start with sourcing and negotiation.

01

Creator strategy

Audience insight, platform planning and campaign architecture. What role creators play, what they are actually saying and what success is measured against, agreed before anyone is cast.

  • audience insight
  • platform planning
  • creative territories
  • KPIs
02

Talent sourcing & casting

We longlist broadly, then refine to a shortlist, assessing creators on relevance, audience, creative fit, brand safety and genuine influence, not follower count. Every name that survives comes with the reasoning attached.

  • longlisting
  • shortlisting + rationale
  • audience verification
  • brand safety review
  • open sourcing
03

Partnerships & negotiation

Outreach, availability, rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and contracting. We negotiate creator deals for a living and we know what a fair price looks like from both sides of the table.

  • rate negotiation
  • usage rights
  • exclusivity
  • contracting
04

Campaign management

Briefing, schedules, creator comms, content reviews, approvals, publishing, logistics and delivery. One team accountable, one point of contact, no gaps between the parts.

  • briefing
  • approvals
  • scheduling
  • logistics
05

Creator-led production

Social-first content made with creators rather than at them, built for their channels and licensed for your organic, paid and wider campaign use where that is agreed up front.

  • social-first content
  • paid usage
  • whitelisting
  • brand channel assets
06

Reporting & optimisation

Campaign and creator-level performance, content insight, audience response and a straight answer on what worked, what did not and what we would do differently next time.

  • creator-level results
  • content insight
  • learnings
  • next steps

Our managed roster is the
starting point. Never the
limitation.

Every creator we put forward is chosen against your objective. When the right creator sits outside our roster, we source them, negotiate with their management and run the campaign exactly the same way. You will always be told which creators we represent and which we do not.

// process

how we work.

Five stages. You always know which one you are in, what is coming next and who is responsible for it.

01 //

brief received

We take the objective, audience, platforms, markets, timings and budget. Most importantly, we take your definition of success. If the brief is still forming, this is a conversation, not a form. you get: a written back-brief confirming what we heard

02 //

strategy compiled

The campaign approach: creator profile, creative territories, platform mix, deliverable structure and the measurement framework we will report against. you get: a campaign approach and measurement framework

03 //

talent matched

A considered shortlist with the reasoning attached: audience insight, creative fit, brand safety, recommended role and commercials. Managed and non-managed creators, clearly labelled. you get: a shortlist with rationale and rates

04 //

campaign deployed

Outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content reviews, approvals, publishing and delivery. We handle the creators. You handle the approvals you actually care about. you get: live content, on schedule, on brief

05 //

results decoded

Campaign and creator-level performance, what the audience actually did, the learnings and a clear recommendation for what should happen next. you get: a full report and a straight recommendation

// why_ceg

why brands
work with us.

There is no shortage of people who will sell you an influencer list. There are fewer who have sat on every side of the deal.

// 01

Built inside the creator economy

Our team's experience spans making content, managing talent, working at major platforms, building creator businesses and delivering brand partnerships. We know how a creator reads your brief, because we have been the ones reading it.

// 02

The biggest creator is rarely the right one

Reach is easy to buy. Relevance is not. We cast on audience behaviour, trust, creative fit and cultural timing. We will happily talk you out of the obvious name if it will not land.

// 03

Creator-first, not creator-only

We protect the creator's voice, because that voice is the reason the campaign works. We also protect your guidelines, your approvals and your commercial requirements. Both, or neither works.

// 04

One team, end to end

The same people who take your brief negotiate the deal, run the campaign and write the report. No handovers, no mystery about who is accountable, no complexity we invented to justify a fee.

// campaign_records

selected
campaigns.

Every campaign we run is documented to the same standard: the brief, the casting logic, the deliverables, the numbers and the honest learning.

Detailed campaign records are shared on request.

Much of our campaign work sits under client confidentiality, so we do not publish results we have not been cleared to publish. What we will do is walk you through relevant campaigns directly, including the ones that taught us something.

Every record we keep covers the same fields and it is the same standard of reporting you would receive at the end of your own campaign.

// network

the kinds of
creators we cast.

A snapshot of the territories we manage and source across. It is not a menu. The right shortlist is built from your brief, not picked off a page.

// gaming & esports

Deep-attention gaming

Long-form YouTube and Twitch audiences who watch for hours, trust the creator's opinion on what to buy and notice immediately when a brand is faking it. Our deepest territory.

// entertainment

Short-form & culture

TikTok, Reels and Shorts creators built for scale and speed. Best used for launch moments, cultural reactivity and reaching audiences who do not watch long-form at all.

// lifestyle & commerce

Purchase-intent lifestyle

Fitness, food, fashion, tech and everyday-life creators whose audiences arrive already expecting product recommendations and act on them.

// specialist

Niche authority

Smaller audiences, disproportionate influence. Where credibility matters more than reach, a trusted specialist will outperform a household name every time.

straight
answers.

Do you only work with creators represented by CEG?
No. Our managed roster is the starting point, not the limitation. Every recommendation is built from your brief and when the right creator sits outside our roster we source them, negotiate with their management and run the campaign the same way. We will always tell you which creators we represent and which we do not.
Can you manage creators we already have in mind?
Yes. If you arrive with names, we will handle outreach, availability, negotiation, contracting, briefing and delivery for them. We will also give you an honest view on whether those names serve the objective. We will suggest alternatives if we think they do not.
What campaign budgets do you work with?
We work across a wide range, from single-creator activations to multi-market programmes. Rather than publish a minimum, we would rather look at what you are trying to achieve and tell you honestly whether creator marketing is the right route for that budget and what it can realistically deliver.
Do you handle creator contracts and usage rights?
Yes. Deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, approval rights and payment terms are all negotiated and contracted as part of delivery. Getting usage agreed up front is far cheaper than buying it back later, so we push for it at the negotiation stage rather than after the content lands.
Can creator content be used in paid media?
Yes, where it is licensed and agreed in the deal, including paid social usage, whitelisting and creator-handle amplification. Tell us at brief stage if paid usage matters and we will build it into the negotiation from the start.
Which platforms and markets do you cover?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, X, Snapchat, Discord and Kick, with the platform mix chosen to fit the objective rather than the trend. We are UK-based and work internationally; if a market needs local creators and local cultural judgement, we will say so rather than stretch a UK cast to cover it.
How long does a creator campaign take to launch?
It depends on scale, but the honest constraint is usually creator availability and contracting, not our side of the work. Fast-turnaround activations are possible; a considered multi-creator campaign with proper casting, negotiation and content approvals needs more runway. We will give you a realistic timeline at brief stage, not an optimistic one.
Can you support long-term ambassador programmes?
Yes and it is where creator marketing usually pays off most. One-off posts rent an audience; a creator who works with you across a year builds genuine association with your brand. We structure ambassador and always-on programmes including terms, cadence, exclusivity and ongoing performance review.
Can you work alongside our existing agency?
Yes. We regularly sit alongside media, creative and PR agencies, taking the creator workstream and plugging into the wider campaign, the master timing plan and the reporting the client already receives. We are comfortable being the specialist in the room rather than the lead.
What information do you need to begin?
An objective and rough timing is enough to have a useful first conversation. Budget, markets, platforms and audience help us move faster and come back with sharper recommendations, but you do not need a finished brief and you do not need to have decided on creators. If it is still an idea, bring the idea.
How much does a creator campaign cost?
We work across budgets from under £10k to £250k+, and most campaigns we run start between £10k and £50k. The same budget buys very different things depending on creator tier, number of creators, deliverables, usage rights and paid media. Tell us the band and the objective and we will tell you honestly what it can buy — including when the honest answer is to spend less.
Who contracts and pays the creators?
We do. CEG contracts the creators, handles deliverables, usage and payment terms, and pays the talent — you get one agreement and one invoice. Where your procurement process needs something different, we will work within it.
